Welcome, and thank you for your interest in TradeTogether Pte. Ltd. By accessing our website at tradetogether.com, along with any linked pages owned and operated by us, any related websites, applications, mobile applications, and any other services provided by us (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
By clicking “I accept”, or by downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including TradeTogether’s Privacy Policy and Investment Subscription Agreement (together, the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. TradeTogether Service proposal
TradeTogether Pte. Ltd. is incorporated in Singapore and is a Licensed Fund Management Company holding a Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licence for fund management issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
TradeTogether provides discretionary fund management services to accredited and institutional investors in accordance with applicable Singapore laws and MAS regulations. TradeTogether is not a cryptocurrency exchange, trading venue, broker-dealer, or payment service provider.
All investment activities are conducted under the scope of TradeTogether’s CMS licence and subject to regulatory requirements imposed by MAS.
Regulatory Notice:
TradeTogether Pte. Ltd. is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under a Capital Markets Services Licence for fund management. The provision of services is subject to ongoing regulatory supervision. Nothing on this platform constitutes an offer to the public or a solicitation where such offer or solicitation is not permitted under applicable law.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended solely for Accredited Investors, Institutional Investors, or other investors permitted under applicable Singapore law.
The Service is not directed at retail investors unless expressly stated otherwise under applicable regulation.
You must be at least 18 years old to access the Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements under Singapore law.
3. Account and registration
To access most features of the Service, you must accept the Investment Subscription Agreement, complete onboarding and due diligence procedures, and successfully pass Know-Your-Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification.
You agree that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. TradeTogether reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Fees and expenses
Fees for fund management services are governed exclusively by the applicable Investment Subscription Agreement and Offering Memorandum (where applicable).
TradeTogether may charge management fees, performance fees, and administrative or operational costs as disclosed in the relevant fund documentation.
5. License
Subject to full compliance with these Terms, TradeTogether grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for lawful and personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with any part of the Service or misrepresent TradeTogether’s regulatory status.
6. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, comments, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant TradeTogether a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such Feedback to improve its services.
7. Ownership Proprietary Rights
All content, systems, software, materials, branding, and documentation provided through the Service are owned by TradeTogether or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Terms
TradeTogether may integrate third-party services such as custodians, administrators, and identity verification providers. Such services operate independently and are not controlled by TradeTogether.
TradeTogether does not endorse or guarantee third-party content or services.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service in violation of Singapore law or MAS regulations, misrepresent your investor classification, bypass compliance controls, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
TradeTogether reserves the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities in accordance with regulatory obligations.
10. Disputes and Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with SIAC Rules.
Governing Law: Singapore law. Seat of Arbitration: Singapore. Language: English. Tribunal: One arbitrator appointed under SIAC Rules.
11. Additional terms
Where applicable, the Investment Subscription Agreement, Offering Memorandum, and any side letter agreements form part of these Terms. In the event of inconsistency, the Investment Subscription Agreement shall prevail.
12. Modification of Terms
TradeTogether may update these Terms upon notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Term, Termination, and Modification of the Service
TradeTogether may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, regulatory requirements require suspension, or compliance concerns arise.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeTogether, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates against claims arising from breach of these Terms, misrepresentation of investor status, or violation of applicable laws or regulations.
